The JP233 Rath is a Bb/F Single Valve Bass Trombone by John Packer, designed for musicians seeking a single-trigger bass trombone. It offers a lighter alternative to the double-trigger bass trombone while maintaining a broad and rich sound.

Developed in collaboration with Michael Rath, a renowned trombone expert in the UK, the JP233 Rath features a modern open wrap style and a single in-line rotary valve. The instrument is finely balanced to provide an excellent playing experience for musicians of all levels.

It is equipped with backpack straps and a comfortable should strap as standard and also includes a small storage pocket accessible from the outside suitable for storing small accessories and sheet music.
