The JP379B is a remarkable instrument crafted for professional players seeking a large bore, yet smaller and more compact tuba for orchestral performances. Its versatility extends to concert bands and wind bands, seamlessly fitting into larger instrument roles if necessary.
Developed in collaboration with Paul Riggett of Sterling Brass, the JP379B brings together professional-level Sterling components and design with the affordability and durability characteristic of the JP brand. This tuba, slightly smaller at 3/4 size compared to its larger counterpart, the JP379BB Sterling, maintains the same high-quality standards. Its compact design makes it an excellent choice for musicians seeking a powerful yet more manageable tuba for various musical settings.
